 What foods are we allowed to eat? On a daily basis as well as Passover we can eat Beef, Buffalo, Chicken, Fish such as Salmon, Flounder, Carp, White fish, Tuna, and things like Stuffed Cabbage, Eggplant Parmesan, etc.. there's a gazillion recipes for beef and chicken on the internet if you don't already have your own favorites. No pork, ham, bacon, sausage (meat from pigs) no shrimp, no lobster or crabs. Study the dietary laws in the Book of Leviticus and you can get information on what is acceptable to eat and what isn't.
